Planning Applications on Weekly List – 9th November, 2005

The following planning applications were considered:

 

 

BO/05/04149/DOM – 16 Critchfield Road – Proposed conservatory to rear of

                                     property. No objection.

BO/05/04154/DOM – The Homing Lower Hone Lane – Garden shed and

                                     greenhouse. No objection, provided it is ancillary to the

                                     main dwelling.

The following planning applications were considered:

 

 

BO/05/04173/FUL – Sailaway Rest Home Main Road – Renovation and

                                   extension of Sailaway rest home. We object to this

                                   application; the bulk and mass of this development is

                                   situated in a highly visible location at the head of Bosham

                                   creek; it is also situated within the strategic gap and

                                   outside the SPA and in a rural location.

 

 

BO/05/04196/DOM – Creek House Shore Road – Timber and double glazed

                                     conservatory. No objection.

Tree Preservation Order

 

 

It was NOTED that a Tree Preservation Order has been made in respect whatever species, but mainly consisting of oak, silver birch, willows and hawthorn on land to the north of Brackendene House Bosham Hoe and it is effective immediately.

It was NOTED that the Parish Council’s reference for future correspondence is LDF 272.

The Allotment Site Moreton Road

 

 

Members NOTED that Octagon Developments Ltd have advised a resident of The Holdens that they have no intention of installing street lighting on this development and will only be using low wattage lights on the houses to illuminate the individual drives.

Members had no comments to make regarding this document.

Container in front area of Furn

 

 

The Clerk was asked to find out from the planning authority whether permission is required for the container placed in front of Furn and what are the regulations concerning the storage/placement of containers in a highly visible conspicuous location?
