2.

Matters arising on the Minutes

Minute 100(2005) – Planning application BO/05/04313/DOM

The Clerk advised the meeting that he had received an e-mail from the applicant, Mr. Peter Lane, requesting that the Parish Council withdraw its objection, because of the death of his wife at the time that the application was considered; this prevented him from being present to support his case. The Clerk discussed the matter with both Mrs. Powell and Mr. Whitmore Jones and it was agreed that the Parish Council’s objection should stand as the Council is only a consultee body. Mr. Lane has been so informed and other members concurred with the action taken by the Clerk on the Committee’s behalf.

Minute 104.1(2005) – Britannia Court

DEB

The Clerk informed the meeting that he had advised Martlet Homes that Cdr. Johnstone will not be available to attend any proposed meeting on Britannia Court until early March and that in the event of a meeting being called in the meantime, the Clerk should be notified in order that he can arrange a stand-in for Cdr. Johnstone. NOTED.

which would introduce an incongruous and over

dominant feature within the street scene of an open plan

                                     estate.

BO/05/04651/DOM – Westbrook House Westbrook Field – Addition of 1 no.
